Latin American Conference on Complex Networks (LANET 2027)
The 5th Latin American Conference on Complex Networks (LANET 2027) invites
contributions in all areas of network science.
26-30 July 2027
Centro Cultural UFRGS, Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil

LANET is the main forum in Latin America for the exchange of ideas and results
in complex networks, spanning physics, computer science, biology, the social
sciences and the humanities. Previous editions were held in Puebla (2017),
Cartagena (2019), Cusco (2023) and Punta del Este (2025).

SUBMISSION
LANET 2027 is an abstract-only conference: there is no full-paper track. All
contributions are submitted as extended abstracts and reviewed by the
programme committee.
- Length: maximum 2 pages, including references
- Figures: every abstract must include at least one image
- Language: English (preferred), Spanish or Portuguese; accepted work is
presented in the language it was submitted in
- Format: PDF
Submissions undergo blind peer review, evaluated on originality, technical
quality, clarity and relevance. Accepted contributions are allocated an oral,
poster or lightning presentation by the programme committee, and all appear in
the conference book of abstracts. Authors of accepted abstracts are expected
to register and present their work in person.
