The ideal experimental candidate has a Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., Neuroscience, Biology, Genetics) and familiarity with optogenetic and calcium-imaging methodologies in rodents, with demonstrated experience in data analysis and modeling (Matlab or Python preferred).
The theoretical candidate should have a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics, be proficient in Matlab and Python (Theano, TensorFlow) programming, with demonstrated experience working with different classes of artificial neural networks (RNN, LSTM preferred).
