Data are coming from the Complex Systems profiles on CSRegistry.org:

- Download the second batch of data (371 scholars,
241 terms), plurals have been linked to singulars and -ing removed.

There are five files:
  • test_nodes1_ano.txt: list of scholars nicknames (data are anonymized)
  • test_nodes2.txt: List of Keywords
  • test_positions.txt: List of Scholars title and position in the form title ยง position.  a '-' mean the scholar did not enter the corresponding information in its profile.
  • test_urls1.txt: link to wikipedia pages for concepts
  • test_links.txt: matrix of links (bipartite graph): one line per scholars. In columns, the occurrences with terms.  A '1' means that the corresponding keywords was mentionned in the scholar's profile.
