The main goal of the ECCS’10 conference is to stimulate and facilitate the presentation and discussion of new ideas, methods, and approaches related to different domains, both theoretical and applied, in the general area of Complex Systems research. Previous ECCS conferences have provided an excellent environment allowing the propagation of new ideas to a large audience, leading to the publication of papers in several journals (see, for instance, http://eccs09.info/ ).
